DESCRIPTION:Chat with Gretchen DeKnikker\, Founder & Mindset Coach at Unbound & Unbothered about how to harness your inner critic… \n  \nHigh achieving perfectionist women all have one thing in common – an inner voice that is constantly evaluating their efforts. It painstakingly evaluates our decisions\, holds our work to the highest standards\, and drives us to perform at our peak levels. This voice can also lead to paralyzing indecision\, crippling self-doubt and lead to burnout from living in a hypervigilant state of anxiety\, worry\, fear and shame. Some of us think that if we quiet that voice\, we’ll no longer bring our best to every challenge. Others have all the awards and accolades and wonder why they still don’t feel satisfied.
