AI Leadership Council

The AI Leadership Council brings together visionary leaders, researchers, and advocates to ensure women help shape the future of work and answer critical questions:

  • What if this is the moment we, as women, have been waiting for?
  • What if AI could actually be the force that dismantles the structural barriers women have faced in the workforce for decades?
  • And what would we have to do, right now, to make that real?

Together, we’re advancing research, sparking critical conversations, and translating insight into action so AI expands opportunity, leadership, and power for women across the revenue ecosystem and throughout their professional worlds.

The People Behind the Council

Sally Abdelnabi

Council Director
Independent Consultant

Sally is a product and growth marketing leader with over a decade of experience driving B2C and B2B2C growth at some of Canada’s best-known online marketplaces and SaaS platforms, including Kijiji (eBay Classifieds), FreshBooks, and Workopolis (later acquired by Indeed).

But that’s not where she started. Sally’s career began in international development, working at the World Bank to help create impact in developing countries. An MBA at McGill University set her on a new path, one where launching a national brand, reviving a dormant user base, or growing a vertical against a shrinking market became the kind of challenge she couldn’t resist. What she loves most is what those years have shown her: real impact comes from bringing people together, across product, marketing, finance, analytics, sales, and support, to rally around one goal and make the impossible possible.

It’s why she’s excited to join the WIR AI Council: a chance to bridge that experience with a community shaping what’s next.

Cherilynn Castleman

Council Co-Chair
Managing Partner at CGI LLC

Cherilynn Castleman is Co-Chair of the Women in Revenue AI Leadership Council and Managing Partner of CGI Coaching & Training, LLC. She coaches and trains revenue leaders at Salesforce, LinkedIn, Amazon, T-Mobile, Walmart, Spotify, and Experian.

She teaches at Harvard in three capacities: professional sales coach for Harvard Business School MBA students, instructor at the Division of Continuing Education, and guest speaker for Professional & Executive Development.

She is a LinkedIn Top Sales Voice, a Salesforce Top Sales Influencer, and the bestselling author of What’s in the C.A.R.D.S.?

Her mission is to help one million women reach the table of their dreams by 2030.

With Co-Chair Ginna Santy, PhD, she leads a body of senior practitioners and PhD research fellows examining how AI is reshaping the pathways women have used to build power at work. The prevailing narrative says AI will widen the gap. Cherilynn believes it can close it, but only if women are in the room while those systems are still being designed.

Ginna Santy, PhD

Council Co-Chair
Executive Director at Women in Revenue

Virginia (Ginna) Santy, PhD, is the Executive Director of Women in Revenue, a nonprofit member organization serving over 10,000 professional women globally. She is a renowned researcher, strategist, and thought leader dedicated to advancing women’s economic well-being and leadership. Her career has spanned academia, entrepreneurship, and consulting, all with a focus on creating systemic change to support women’s success.

Her academic career laid the foundation for her work in gender equity. As a professor and award-winning researcher, Virginia conducted extensive studies on women in leadership, workplace equity, and economic mobility. Her research explored the intersection of gender, business, and policy, contributing to a deeper understanding of the systemic barriers women face in professional environments. She presented her findings on global platforms, earning recognition for her contributions to gender equity in the workplace.

Her passion for designing spaces that empower women led to her entrepreneurial venture, Women in Kind, Colorado’s first coworking space designed specifically for women. This groundbreaking space fostered collaboration and support among female entrepreneurs, providing resources tailored to their unique needs.

Virginia also served as Communication Lead for Clients and Market Brand Eminence and Communication & Engagement Lead in the Office of the CEO at Deloitte, where she shaped initiatives that elevated leadership, engagement, and strategic communication at the highest levels.

Her expertise and passion for designing spaces for women led to her TEDxMileHigh talk, “How to Design Workplaces & Cities for Women.” In this presentation, she examines how the built environment—from office spaces to entire cities—has traditionally been designed for men, and how rethinking these structures can foster more inclusive and equitable opportunities for women. With a passion for innovation, equity, and transformative leadership, Virginia Santy has reshaped how businesses, communities, and policymakers support and empower women.

That question is what drew her to this fellowship. She’s spent recent years studying how AI intersects with health equity as an NIH AIM-AHEAD Fellow, with a growing focus on AI ethics and governance, and she wants to bring that same lens to how AI is reshaping leadership and opportunity for women more broadly. Kerritt holds a B.S. in Psychology from Loyola University New Orleans and is finishing her M.S. in Health Promotion Management at American University. She’s fluent in Haitian Creole, teaches adult ESL, and thinks in systems, but tries never to lose the human story underneath the data.
