One of the biggest challenges we have in business is getting people to open up about what’s important to them. Learn how to use art and science in discovery to uncover initiatives, goals, and pain points in a conversational manner while showing genuine curiosity to help the individual/team solve their biggest challenges in a “non-sales-y” way.
In this first session, Debe will share her discovery framework with the mentees: (1) how to express the art of curiosity, (2) how to build out a solution that is hyper-focused for your needs, and (3) how to prepare and executive customer discovery. Afterwards you will structure and execute a (customer/partner) discovery of your own to share in the second session to receive feedback and coaching.
