This month marks my 7th year as a founding member of Women in Revenue and the completion of my first month as the Chairwoman of Women in Revenue. I feel just as, or more passionate than when we first started as a group of 12 ambitious women on a mission. I look back with great pride, gratitude and respect for those who have laid the path in this role over the years.

As we reflect on 2024, three things stand out that have truly shaped this year for Women in Revenue:
- The incredible success of our Unstoppable Campaign, highlighting the resilience of women breaking through bias and negativity.
This campaign has been a powerful beacon of empowerment, showcasing real stories from women in revenue who have faced bias and negativity, but refused to give up. Explore their inspiring journeys here. - Insights from our annual survey, reminding us of the urgent need for mentorship and pay equity.
While the full report will be out in Q1, 2025 some early findings demand our attention.- 44% of respondents cited a lack of mentorship (up from 34% last year).

Looking Ahead: 2025 Priorities
As we move forward, we’re focused on three big rocks:
- Know Our Community – Understand the challenges and needs of the women we serve.
- Deliver On Needs – Ensure our offerings meet these needs and strengthen our infrastructure.
- Sustainable Revenue – Build consistent revenue streams to support our mission.
